FOIA Request #7: Extra-Duty and Stipend Assignments, 2020-21 through 2025-26

Hello,

Under the Michigan Freedom of Information Act, MCL 15.231 et seq., I am requesting records related to extra-duty and supplemental stipend assignments, often referred to as Schedule B positions.

For each school year from 2020-21 through 2025-26, I am requesting records sufficient to show each extra-duty or stipend position (such as coaching, club sponsorship, class or student government advising, department or committee roles), the building, the name and primary job classification of the person who held it (teacher, paraprofessional, secretary, other staff, or non-employee), and the stipend amount paid. If the district keeps records of extra-duty positions that went unfilled or had to be reposted, I am requesting those as well.

A report or export from the district's payroll or HR system showing these fields would fully satisfy this request. I am not asking for personnel files or evaluations.

Please provide the records electronically. If the fee will exceed $50, please send an itemized estimate before processing and I will respond promptly.
