Who We Are
PAACT (Parents Allied for Accountability, Conduct, and Transparency) is an independent coalition of parents, taxpayers, and community members dedicated to restoring academic excellence and safety to our school district. We believe that a high-quality education is only possible when classrooms are free from chronic disruption and administrative policies prioritize the learning environment over the status quo.
why we exist
Our district is at a critical juncture. We have observed a direct correlation between declining test scores and an increase in behavioral incidents. When administrative negligence prevents teachers from enforcing meaningful consequences, the entire student body suffers. PAACT was formed to bridge the gap between the home and the school board, ensuring that accountability is consistent and transparency regarding district safety and performance is the standard.
OUR THREE PILARS
Academic Integrity:
Protecting the instructional time of students who are here to learn.
Administrative Accountability:
Demanding that leadership enforces existing codes of conduct without exception or negligence.
Parental Partnership:
Taking ownership of our children’s behavior as a prerequisite for their enrollment in the public school system.
A Message From The Founder
As a mother of three boys in this district, I know firsthand that our children’s future depends on the quality of the environment where they spend their days. We are fortunate to have dedicated teachers and staff, but they are being asked to do the impossible: provide a high-level education in classrooms frequently disrupted by a lack of behavioral accountability.
I started PAACT because I believe we can no longer afford to be spectators to the decline of our schools. Our mission isn’t born out of frustration, but out of a rational commitment to excellence. We are here to provide the "green light" for our administration to enforce the standards our children deserve, and to ensure that transparency is the rule, not the exception. It is time to move past excuses and return to a partnership that prioritizes learning above all else.
